Twin City Classic - August 2008


		Teams participating in the Twin City Classic are required to make housing arrangements through our official travel partner, Great Getaways. Any team who refuses to comply will be disqualified and will not receive a refund. Gale Adouli and her team of travel professionals at Great Getaways can be reached at 336-778-0349. Here are the details of the Twin City Housing program: Once a team is accepted, the team has 5 days to contact Great Getaways via email to request hotel information. Great Getaways will contact each team to discuss hotel options and decide on the hotel for the team. Great Getaways will then send an email to the team rep that details the hotel booking process and provides the hotel contact information. The hotel is copied on the email. Team rep has 2 business days to contact the hotel group sales representative (only the hotel group sales rep will take team reservations/information). The team rep must provide the hotel with team and club name and contact information (phone & address, etc) and a valid credit card to hold the initial block of rooms for the team. The team rep will need to provide check-in and check-out dates, as well as the approx number and type of rooms. All the above information must be provided in order to hold rooms.

Team rep has 10 days to return the completed rooming list and contract. The completed room list must include names and individual credit cards. No credit card can be used to secure more than two rooms. This list will be used to guarantee each room. At this point, any room from the initial hold that is not guaranteed with be released.
5 Days from the receipt of the completed rooming list and contract, the hotel will send the team rep all room confirmation numbers.
Final Cut-off for change to room blocks will be 7 days prior to the tournament.
